Discussion #DOGE Many people say that the annual increase of 5 billion will not skyrocket?
This is a single-cell way of thinking
The annual increase of 5 billion DOGE is a fixed amount. Over time, the number will not increase in percentage due to the increase in base number, but will decrease in percentage.
For the underlying legal currency, the base will increase the annual interest rate and the quantity.
Obviously, fiat currency has a quantitative snowball effect.
In this context, the low price of Dogecoin will also cause DOGE to become oversold due to the increase in the base interest rate debt of legal currency!
Changes in the user base of entering and exiting the market cannot be ignored.
So just using DOGE to have an inflationary economic model and thinking that Dogecoin will not rise too much is basically wrong single-cell logic.
