Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon is opposing the SEC's request to question him in the US regarding the Terra and Luna stablecoin crash. His lawyers argue that it is impossible to bring him to the United States because he is being held in prison in Montenegro and that providing a written statement would violate his due process rights. The SEC had requested permission to interview Kwon before the October 13 deadline for determination of the case.
