If you are thinking about buying dollars at the Bank of Venezuela and relying on that to cover operational or essential expenses, don't do it. I have currently tested the card on the following platforms and it did not work:

- Adobe Creative Cloud Pro. (Rejected)
- Amazon. (Rejected)
- Apple App Store, iCloud, Apple TV. (Rejected)
- Google Play. (Rejected)
- PayPal. (Rejected and it charges you 2$ for the attempt)
- CorelDRAW and its Suite. (Rejected)
- Meta Business. (Rejected)

As a measure against the blocking of those platforms, I tried transferring it to wallets, and the result was the same:

- Zinli. (Rejected and it charges you 2$ for the attempt).
- Wally Tech. (Rejected).

Conclusion:
There are exceptions for some clients who can use the card and it works for them, but there is a large number who cannot use it. Most likely due to the bank's lack of liquidity at the currency level or because the system is not in condition for the high demand for transactions.

For now, the Bank of Venezuela has very high expectations for what it is truly delivering to its clients.
