About Reef (REEF)
Reef Finance is a blockchain-based digitally-existing protocol focused on developing and deploying new and unique decentralized finance products and services. The goal of the network is reported to be centered around lowering the barrier to entry for decentralized finance investing and trade, most notably for newcomers to the digital currency space. Reef was initially developed and deployed on the Ethereum and BNB Chain networks.
Since its public launch in late 2020, Reef Finance has built its blockchain, upon which the protocol is now deployed. Reef chose to build on the Polkadot blockchain network, which enables interoperability with other smart contract-enabled decentralized networks such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Moonbeam, and Plasma. The protocol was founded in 2019 with the publicly-revealed intention of offering new and experienced investors much more simplified DeFi trading and investing options.
Operations on the Reef Finance platform are powered by its global-reaching native network cryptocurrency. There are also further uses for the Reef network coin. The Reef Finance native cryptocurrency is known by its token ticker $REEF. The current price of Reef coin, $REEF, is updated and available in real-time on Binance.
