Starting from July 17, user assets will be transferred on a weekly basis, providing you with a convenient and efficient way to manage your holdings. Binance can help you to securely transfer your personal data to Coinmerce.
If you elect to transfer your personal data pursuant to the right to data portability as provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, "GDPR"), we will securely handle the process for you. This will facilitate your onboarding with Coinmerce.
Please note that this process is optional and you can set up an account with Coinmerce without going through Binance.
If you choose to exercise your right to data portability, the datasets we will migrate to Coinmerce, includes: your full name, mobile number, date of birth, email address, a copy of your ID and whether it was verified and approved as part of the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) process, nationality, address, country of residence, source of funds, a possible reason for using Coinmerce, the date you registered with Binance, and the date or dates that you provided personal information to Binance in order to comply with KYC requirements.
The Binance privacy policy will govern this migration of your personal data. At the point at which your data arrives at Coinmerce, the Coinmerce privacy policy will govern your personal data.
