✅ Personal Income Tax: Code 1016 is specifically used for tax from crypto-asset trading, transfers and business activities.
✅ Corporate Income Tax: Code 1059 is specifically used for tax related to crypto-asset activities.
✅ Late-payment tax: Separate codes have also been introduced to track late-payment amounts related to these crypto taxes.
⚠️ Important: This is NOT a new tax.
Vietnam had already established a 0.1% personal income tax on each crypto-asset transfer, calculated based on the transfer value.
