Poland’s crypto regulation battle just took another turn.
The Sejm failed to overturn President Karol Nawrocki’s veto of the Crypto-Asset Market Act, receiving 241 votes against the 266 needed.
That means the veto remains in place for the third time.
The situation is becoming more complicated because Polish crypto operators are already facing challenges around compliance with the EU’s MiCA framework and registration requirements.
The political dispute is also happening alongside a corruption investigation involving Zondacrypto, Poland’s largest local crypto exchange, which has intensified scrutiny around the country’s crypto sector.
For me, this shows how difficult crypto regulation becomes when investor protection, political decisions, and industry growth collide.
Do you think stricter regulation would help restore trust in Poland’s crypto market, or could it push more operators elsewhere?
Both RAY and ARB are showing strong buying momentum, but both have already made a big move. I would not chase the price here. Better to wait for a small pullback and then look for confirmation.
Here are 3 simple-English trade posts. Exact EP/SL/TP levels need the current chart/price, so I’m keeping them as setup zones rather than inventing prices.
$RAY $TRADE $SETUP
RAY is showing a setup worth watching. The key is to wait for confirmation instead of entering blindly.
EP: Buy after a confirmed breakout or clean pullback SL: Below the recent support TP1: First resistance TP2: Next major resistance TP3: Strong breakout target
Pro Tip: Do not chase a green candle. Wait for the retest and enter only when support holds.
Trade with a plan and manage your risk.ARB TRADE SETUP
ARB is on the watchlist for a possible move. If buyers hold the key support, momentum can build quickly.
EP: Buy on confirmed support or breakout retest SL: Below key support TP1: First resistance TP2: Next resistance TP3: Breakout target
Pro Tip: If ARB loses support with strong volume, cancel the long setup and wait for a new structure.
Stay patient. Risk management comes first.JUP TRADE SETUP
JUP is showing an interesting structure. A clean breakout with volume could bring strong momentum.
EP: Buy after breakout confirmation and retest SL: Below the retest support TP1: First resistance TP2: Next resistance TP3: Major upside target
Pro Tip: Volume is the key. A breakout without strong volume can become a fakeout.
Wait for confirmation before entering. If you send me the current RAY, ARB and JUP chart screenshots, I can give you exact EP, SL and TP prices.
