I almost sent money to the wrong P2P seller because I was rushing. Thankfully, I stopped and checked the merchant’s name, rating, completed orders, and payment details before confirming. I also made sure the payment came from the correct account and kept all communication on Binance P2P. Most importantly, I never released my crypto until I personally verified that the payment was received. This experience reminded me that being careful is much better than trying to trade quickly. Now, I always double-check every detail before completing a P2P transaction. Safety first, every time. #binancep2pantoan @Binance Vietnam
$DOS Two tokens rise from 0.09 to 0.5$ within 6 hours The increase is expected to be over 200% and it still looks like it will keep rising But the top 10 holders control more than 90% of the circulating supply. Will there be a dump to trap investors (a “rug pull”)?
⚠️ Never Release Crypto Just Because the Buyer Sends You a “Paid” Screenshot
I want to share a mistake that you should never make when trading on Binance P2P.
Imagine you’re selling USDT. The buyer tells you, “I’ve already sent the payment,” and then sends you a screenshot showing a successful transaction.
It looks convincing, right?
But if it were me, I would never release the crypto based only on that screenshot.
I would open my banking app and check whether the money has actually arrived in my account.
A screenshot can show you what someone wants you to believe, but your own bank account tells you whether the money is really there.
I also make sure to check:
* 👤 Buyer information * 💰 Actual amount received * 🏦 Payment account details * 📋 Order ID and transaction details * 🔒 P2P order status
If the buyer pressures me to release the crypto quickly, asks me to move the conversation to Telegram/Zalo, or gives me any reason to skip these checks, I stop and verify everything first.
My rule is simple:
No money received → I don’t release the crypto.
If you trade P2P, don’t rush just to save a few minutes. Taking the time to verify everything can help you avoid a lot of trouble.
Have you ever had a buyer send you a “payment completed” screenshot when the money hadn’t actually arrived? 👇
🔐 Do you check this step when trading Binance P2P?
I used to think P2P trading only needed to focus on good prices and fast transaction speed. But the more I trade, the more I realize that checking information before confirming is much more important.
If it were me, before every order I would check:
✅ The correct counterparty ✅ The correct payment details ✅ The correct amount ✅ Not trading outside the platform/system ✅ Double-checking that the money has truly been received
Especially, I will never provide OTP, passwords, 2FA codes, seed phrases, or private keys to anyone.
What about you? What do you usually check first before trading P2P? 👇
Share your experience so everyone can learn from it.
🔐 5 STEPS TO CHECK BEFORE MAKING A BINANCE P2P TRANSACTION
Binance P2P trading is convenient, but safety must always come first. Before confirming any transaction, take a few minutes to check the important details below:
✅ 1. Check the trader’s information
Give priority to partners with a good trading history, a high completion rate, and a large number of transactions. Don’t just look at the most attractive price.
🔎 2. Check the exact amount
Before transferring money, verify:
* Recipient name * Account number/payment method * Amount to be transferred * Transaction content if required
Do not transfer money to an account that differs from the information shown on the P2P order.
🚨 3. Don’t trade outside the platform
Do not conduct transactions via Telegram, Zalo, WhatsApp, or other channels just because the buyer/seller suggests it.
If there is any issue, keep the transaction within the Binance P2P system so there is a basis for dispute handling.
💰 4. Verify the received funds
Don’t rely only on screenshots or transfer notifications.
👉 Check your bank account/wallet yourself to confirm you have truly received the full amount before completing the transaction.
🛡️ 5. Don’t disclose sensitive information
Do not provide: ❌ Binance password ❌ 2FA code ❌ OTP code ❌ Verification code ❌ Seed phrase/private key
to anyone claiming to be a support staff member.

📌 Quick checklist before trading
Right person → Right account → Right amount → Right system → Verify received funds yourself → Then complete.
Safety in P2P isn’t about finding the best price—it’s about following discipline to check each step before confirming.
