Is Bitcoin Really Valuable Just Because It's Limited?
I've been learning more about Bitcoin lately, and one thing caught my attention.
Everyone talks about how $BTC has a maximum supply of 21 million coins.
But here's something worth thinking about.
Just because something is scarce doesn't automatically make it valuable.
Bitcoin's value also depends on how many people want to own it, how much they trust the network, and whether they see a reason to use or hold it.
And even with a limited supply, Bitcoin's price can still drop significantly when demand weakens. That's why I think understanding Bitcoin is more important than simply following price predictions.
What matters more for Bitcoin's long-term future: its limited supply or growing adoption?
It’s sitting right at the key support level of 0.00355. I’m waiting for the 4‑hour candle to close – a drop below 0.00355 would invalidate the setup for me. If the 1‑hour candle closes above 0.00362 and then we get a retest below that level, it would confirm my entry.
Congratulations to all #Bitcoin Lovers, For 15th #BitcoinAnniversary 🚀
15 years ago, on this day, January 3, 2009, #SatoshiNakamoto started mining $BTC and mined the first Genesis block of #Bitcoin. At that time, 50 #BTC were mined from one block, which is now 50 #BTC. , after about four months, between April 25 and May 10, 2024, the 4th #Halving of Bitcoin will happen, then only 3.125 $BTC will be received from one block, which currently Miner's get 6.25 BTC/block!
#SatoshiNakamoto started mining Bitcoin and kept the initial 1.1 million #Bitcoins with him in about 20,000 different wallet addresses and a week later, he proved to everyone by sending 10 BTC to #HalFinney first in the Bitcoin forum. What is #Bitcoin and how will it work and then gradually #Satoshi got disconnected from the Bitcoin forum and till date it remains a mystery in the world as to who #SatoshiNakamoto was..!
