$COTI This 15-minute candle has something to it.
Volume has directly surged to 2.27x the normal level, and price has also broken above the upper boundary of the 20 five-minute candle range. The share of aggressive buying is close to 40%, and the buy/sell ratio is 2.3 — this is not retail chasing a rebound blindly; someone is pushing it with real money.
What is even more noteworthy is open interest: OI on both the 15-minute and 1-hour timeframes is rising in sync, with notional changes exceeding 100K U in both cases. This indicates new leveraged longs entering, rather than a false breakout caused by short covering. The abnormal percentile has reached 94.4%, which can also rank
#9 across the entire pool, so the quality is not low.
Breakout + volume expansion + aggressive buying + OI resonance: this combination is much more substantial than a purely chart-driven breakout. However, it is already close to its own historical extreme zone, so how much room there is depends on whether sentiment can continue. The short-term plan is simple — if it holds above the upper boundary, it still has a chance; if it falls back, then it was mostly a fake move, so don’t rush to buy.
For now, keep an eye on the order book buy/sell ratio. If the bulls can maintain this strength, I’ll keep tracking it.
