XRP Trade Plan — 20 August 2026
Today I’m watching XRP closely because the market has suddenly become much more active. XRP is trading around the $1.10 area and has seen a strong move over the last 24 hours.
I don’t want to chase the price after a big candle. My plan is simple: let XRP show me where the buyers and sellers are actually in control.
My bullish plan
If XRP holds above the $1.08–$1.10 area and buyers continue to push the price higher, I would look for a move toward $1.15, followed by the $1.18–$1.20 zone.
I would prefer to enter after a small pullback rather than buying into a sudden spike.
Entry idea: around $1.08–$1.10 after confirmation
Target 1: $1.15
Target 2: $1.18
Target 3: $1.20+ if momentum remains strong
Stop-loss: below the recent support, depending on the timeframe and position size.
My bearish plan
If XRP fails to hold around $1.08 and starts trading below $1.05, I would become more cautious.
A break below the $1.00 area would be a much more important warning because $1 has been an important support zone for XRP. Recent analysis also identifies roughly $0.995 as a key short-term support level.
In that situation, I would rather wait for the market to stabilize than immediately jump into another trade.
What I’m watching
The biggest thing today is not simply the price. I want to see volume, candle closes and how XRP reacts around support and resistance.
The recent increase in trading activity is important, but XRP is still capable of making sharp moves in both directions. Current market reports also point to increased volatility and changing sentiment around XRP.
So my approach today is:
Don’t chase.
Wait for confirmation.
Enter small.
Keep the stop-loss clear.
Take profit when the market gives it.
For me, the key question is whether XRP can turn the recent surge into a sustained move above resistance, rather than giving back the entire rally.
This is a trading plan, not a guaranteed prediction. Crypto can move very quickly, so I would adjust the levels according to the exchange chart and timeframe I’m actually trading.
