According to an announcement made on Friday, the MegaETH fund will use the income generated from its own stablecoin of the USDM protocol to accumulate MEGA tokens through regular purchases.
USDM was developed as part of a partnership between MegaLabs and Ethena. This asset will generate income from its underlying reserves in USDtb, a stablecoin issued by Ethena and backed by the BUIDL fund of BlackRoc. This move is part of a series of announcements leading up to the mainnet launch of the long-awaited project, which is expected to go live on Monday.
