I've been watching Arbitrum for a while now, and here's my personal view.
To me, Arbitrum is still one of the strongest Layer-2 ecosystems in crypto.
It continues to attract developers, expand its ecosystem, and play an important role in Ethereum's scaling journey.
At the time of writing, ARB is trading around its current range, and I'm personally paying close attention to this area.
If the project continues to build while the market recovers, I believe today's prices could look very different in the future.

The main news for Secret Network ($SCRT ) is the upcoming migration from the Cosmos ecosystem to network #Arbitrum (Ethereum Layer-2).
Developers at SCRT Labs made this decision after the cross-chain bridge was hacked in June and due to risks of vulnerabilities in the old code before AI exploits.

The whole thing started when @arbitrum posted that the number of stablecoin holders has reached a new high of 11.3M+, and in the picture they cropped out Polygon and Celo, which were shown ahead of it.
The big brothers were not happy and posted the full screenshot.
In this data, Polygon is roughly 2x Arbitrum, and Celo is roughly 1.7x it.

The affected assets are mainly $ARB and $LINK . Binance public data shows ARBUSDT 24h trading volume is about $3.12 million and LINKUSDT about $9.98 million.
