📊 As of Sep 30, Alphabet, American Express, Apple, Bank of America and Coca-Cola made up about 65% of Berkshire Hathaway’s equity portfolio fair value, as reported by Jin10. 🇺🇸 FinCEN and the Federal Reserve withdrew their 2020 Travel Rule proposal on Nov 6. It would have lowered the cross-border reporting and recordkeeping threshold from $3,000 to $250 and explicitly covered crypto. The existing $3,000 threshold stays. Nearly 3,000 comments raised privacy and cost concerns. Exchanges still follow current AML and Travel Rule requirements, and regulators say any future change would need a new proposal and public comment. A reprieve for small crypto transfers, though policy risk around stablecoins and cross-border flows remains. 🟢 LONG $LAB /USDT: expecting price to go UP Bias: LONG · Leaning
Entry: 0.0462250 – 0.0464950 TP1: 0.0485346 (+4.7%) TP2: 0.0499843 (+7.8%) TP3: 0.0521589 (+12.5%) SL: 0.0434605 (-6.3%) Plan: enter only inside the zone, close 50% at TP1, 25% at TP2, 25% at TP3, and move the stop to entry after TP1. Why LONG? 5/12 signals agree, 1 against. • 1h trend up (above EMA50 & EMA200) • Buyers are driving the move (15m ADX 26.1) • Buyers have the momentum (4h RSI 59.2) Risk: Daily trend down (below EMA50 & EMA200)
Plan A: If the short-term move holds, the 1h trend shows buyers stacking above EMA50 and EMA200, which could lift price toward the entry area of 0.0462250 to 0.0464950 and beyond.
Plan B (invalidation): A daily close below the invalidation level of 0.0434605 would prove the daily bearish stack is intact, so I would exit immediately.

Trump Targets North Korea Over Binance Heist — A $6.3 Billion Wake-Up Call President Donald Trump stated the United States is investigating whether North Korean hackers carried out the $6.3 billion theft from Binance. The breach underscores how crypto exchanges remain prime targets for state-sponsored cyber theft.
$BTC A $6.3 Billion Reminder President Donald Trump confirmed the U.S. is probing whether North Korean operatives executed the massive Binance hack. When sovereign actors treat digital wallets as war chests, the case for private-sector self-defense grows louder than any regulatory wish list. Capital Flees Risk, Not Regulation Exchanges that cannot secure their own networks invite capital flight. Investors do not need more compliance officers—they need ironclad custody, multi-signature controls, and rapid legal recourse. Bureaucratic hand-wringing over “consumer protection” distracts from the real task: punishing thieves and letting builders ship safer code. The State’s Job Is Defense, Not Custody If Pyongyang is confirmed behind the heist, Washington should treat it as an act of economic warfare and respond accordingly. Everything else—tighter KYC rules, surveillance mandates, or new EU-style crypto taxes—is noise. The business of America remains business; the job of government is to deter hostile states, not to supervise consenting adults moving value across borders $ETH . #Binance
What Is Ethereum (ETH)? Ethereum is a decentralized open-source blockchain system that features its own cryptocurrency, Ether. ETH works as a platform for numerous other cryptocurrencies, as well as for the execution of decentralized smart contracts. Ethereum was first described in a 2013 whitepaper by Vitalik Buterin. Buterin, along with other co-founders, secured funding for the project in an online public crowd sale in the summer of 2014. The project team managed to raise $18.3 million in Bitcoin, and Ethereum’s price in the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) was $0.311, with over 60 million Ether sold. Taking Ethereum’s price now, this puts the return on investment (ROI) at an annualized rate of over 270%, essentially almost quadrupling your investment every year since the summer of 2014. The Ethereum Foundation officially launched the blockchain on July 30, 2015, under the prototype codenamed “Frontier.” Since then, there has been several network updates — “Constantinople” on Feb. 28, 2019, “Istanbul” on Dec. 8, 2019, “Muir Glacier” on Jan. 2, 2020, “Berlin” on April 14, 2021, and most recently on Aug. 5, 2021, the “London” hard fork. Ethereum’s own purported goal is to become a global platform for decentralized applications, allowing users from all over the world to write and run software that is resistant to censorship, downtime and fraud. $ETH
Binance faced unauthorized transactions of USDT & USDC from binance wallets. The matter was quickly tacked and transactional funds got frozen by Tether & Circle.
Remember, it was from Binance own wallets, which have thousands of billions. So this amount was nothing for the world's top exchange. Users funds are completely different part. It's 1:1 backed. The best part is, CZ himself clarified.
This was a good thing so Now world knows, if they ever try to ping Binance they can't. They proved the control & safety of funds. 🏅
