Crypto in Vietnam is gradually becoming clearer and more regulated, and starting from 01/09/2026, Decree 284/2026/ND-CP on penalties in the field of crypto assets will officially take effect.
In my opinion, this is also the time for P2P users to pay attention to a bigger risk than whether USDT is a little more or less expensive by a few dozen coins:
⚠️ WHERE DOES THE MONEY I RECEIVE COME FROM?
Criminals may use intermediary bank accounts to carry out scams, gambling, or money laundering. Therefore, when selling USDT via P2P, receiving money from an account with unclear source or from a third party can cause a lot of trouble.
My checklist when using Binance P2P:
✅ Prioritize counterparties with a good transaction history ✅ Carefully verify the sender’s name ✅ Don’t receive/send money on behalf of strangers ✅ Don’t transact outside the platform ✅ Only Release crypto when the money has REALLY arrived in the account ✅ If anything seems unusual → keep evidence and Appeal immediately
P2P isn’t scary.
What’s scary is P2P trading without knowing who you’re actually dealing with—and where the incoming funds come from.
As Vietnam continues to improve laws on crypto assets, I think “safe P2P” will no longer be only about protecting money—it's also about protecting your bank account and yourself.
One thing I noticed after many GameFi seasons: a lot of tokens get strongly hyped when they first get listed, and then there are still periods where the price drops very deeply.
But a price drop doesn’t mean there’s no opportunity left.
NXPC is an example I’m currently tracking. I entered a SHORT around 0.2473, and at the time of taking this screenshot, the position is up +97 USDT.
👉 For traders, what matters isn’t whether the market goes up or down—it’s recognizing the trend and managing risk.
Leverage can increase profits, but it can also cause losses very quickly, so this is only personal trading sharing, NOT a Short signal.
And even before trading, I always prioritize protecting capital by buying USDT via P2P: ✅ Choose a reputable counterparty ✅ Don’t trade outside Binance ✅ When selling crypto, only release after checking that the money HAS BEEN received in your account
The market always has opportunities—but keeping your capital is what helps us stay long enough to catch the next one.
[In-depth Analysis] Overview of the Market & BTC Trends - 02/23/2026
The global crypto market is undergoing a fierce "shakeout," with total capitalization evaporating to around $2.23 trillion. The macro picture is currently under heavy pressure from instability surrounding the new tariff policy proposed by President Trump, causing capital to flee from risky assets. This macro FUD, combined with the continuous net outflow from Spot Bitcoin ETFs, has created a chain reaction across the market.
"Technical gold" is challenging patience as $BTC breaches the $65K mark. Global market capitalization has decreased by 4.7% to below $2.3T. Despite the spreading FUD "Bitcoin to 0", history shows that extreme Fear levels (9/100) are often a golden opportunity for bold "players". Carefully observe the support zone at $62K.
