Have you ever heard of a crypto scam where you send just a small amount through a QR code or wallet address, and suddenly, your entire wallet gets drained without your permission? Sounds scary, right? And yes, these types of scams do exist in the crypto world. So, to stay safe, avoid connecting your wallet to suspicious websites, especially untrusted checkout pages or random links. Be extra careful with unfamiliar domains like .xyz, but remember, the domain alone doesn't mean a website is a scam. In some cases, scammers trick you into signing malicious transactions or giving token-spending permissions, which can let them steal your funds. The good news is that these attacks don't work the same way on every wallet or blockchain. For example, some approval-based scams target Ethereum and other EVM-compatible networks, while Bitcoin works differently. But that doesn't mean any network is completely safe. So, always double-check before making a payment or approving a transaction. I've already written a detailed article explaining how these scams work and how you can protect your crypto wallet. Check it out if you want to understand everything in detail! #scam

1win scam🚨 Important! #1win #tokensale #scam ℹ️ Be careful—right now, many corrupt admins are running scammy ads for the 1WIN tokensale on their channels. I think no one needs to be told how dubious 1WIN is. The internet is full of complaints about account blocks and problems with withdrawing funds, including from users who claim they encountered this as soon as they started winning money instead of losing it. 🚩 What’s specifically wrong: 🔴 1. Dubious reputation. The token is backed by 1win, whose business is built on online casinos and betting, yet the company has no licenses and is essentially underground. Personally, I have no desire to entrust my money to such a company, especially when it’s offering yet another token to raise funds. 🔴 2. The team has too much control. During the token sale, participants are asked to send USDC to a common pool and receive tokens only after the sale is completed. At the same time, the smart contract includes blacklists, the ability to suspend the sale, and the launch of token receipt depends on the actions of the administration — in other words, there will be no automatic token distribution; everything will be done manually and at the time the team wants. 🔴 3. Questions about transparency. I didn’t find a confirmed address for the issued token, and, most importantly, there were no verifiable guarantees of listing or even any liquidity at the start of trading. I’ve seen so many similar scams where they poured a couple of thousand dollars into liquidity, and the token would immediately crash. But at the same time, they’re already offering you to deposit real money and buy their tokens. 🔴 4. Risks of a price collapse. A full 51% of the issuance is allocated to various user rewards, including airdrops. These tokens have the potential to create enormous selling pressure. And the buybacks and burns promised by the team, in and of themselves, do not guarantee any price growth and even look…

🔥 How they scam you out of crypto through fake “support” Imagine: you park your car, and a “security guard” runs up and asks for your keys—supposedly to check the alarm. Would you hand them over? No. But in crypto, people do it every day. 🎣 Phishing works the same way. They message you pretending to be an exchange or wallet: “Your account has been blocked. Confirm your seed phrase.” 😅 Your brain panics instead of thinking logically—and your 12 precious words end up on a fake website. A minute later, your wallet is empty. 🧠 The rule seasoned users follow: nobody ever asks for your seed phrase. Not an exchange, not a swap service, not an “old friend” who suddenly messages you after a year of silence. 💡 Your seed phrase is the key to the whole vault. You wouldn’t show it even to a “security guard.” Bottom line: if someone asks for your seed phrase, it’s not support—it’s a robbery with a polite tone. $BTC $ETH keep your keys to yourself. #Crypto #Bitcoin #Security #Scam

THEY OFFER YOU A JOB ONLINE. FIRST THEY PAY YOU, THEN THEY SCAM YOU...It may sound absurd, but this is a real type of scam that the FBI has been warning about for years... It's known as a TASK SCAM, or a paid task scam. And there's a catch: the scammers may start by paying you real money to convince you the job is legitimate. HOW DOES IT WORK? It all starts with an unexpected message on WhatsApp, Telegram, or a social media platform. Someone claiming to work for a company offers you a way to earn money from home using only your phone.

InfoFi project BILL has fallen 33-fold from its peak (-97%), turning its highs into a deep abyss. Condolences to everyone! Investigator Specter has just exposed the project team: 17 "insider" wallets and a multisig wallet quietly "dumped" more than 1.3 billion BILL tokens onto exchanges in just the past two months. They call it "InfoFi," but the only information leaked was the devs’ dumping schedule! In-depth analysis: A 97% token drop combined with a massive flow of funds onto centralized exchanges is the clearest sign of a sophisticated "rug pull." The project team ran off with the money, leaving investors clutching their hopes and a pile of worthless paper. What should traders do? 1. Carefully check on-chain data and token unlock schedules before trying to "buy the dip." There are lots of scam coins on the market. 2. If you see the devs dumping, get out while you still can. $AKE Update on AKE, so what is changes wrt last few month. No change 1. 21st of every month, 2.11B tokens are unlocked. These tokens are supposed to be airdropped to users but it never happens. All tokens goes to team's wallet. What has changed 2. Token supply was heavily concentrated but its not now. But don't be fooled, if u check bubble map - team has moved the tokens to new wallet still controlled by them. 3. Long/Short ratio - This is interesting because earlier this token was heavily shorted (ratio < 0.5), but this time is reverse. Most retail traders are long (ration > 1.4) but whales are short. so if team pumps the token, they are gonna make a loss. 4. OI (in terms of token) - It was in billions of token and there was a lot of token to be liquidated. This time it is 400M+ and these are the survivors of previous pumps (stubborn retailers). In order to flush them, price needs to be pumped to 0.2 to 0.5 (10x - 30x pump). If you see point 3 and 4 are opposite to each other. One potential strategy by team could be attract short sellers (multiple small pump and dump) and once there are enough short sellers, then pump the price to liquidate them. I am curious to see how it is played out this time. #scam #Binance

In 2022, the creators of the Forcage pyramid scheme drained more than $300,000,000 from investors around the world, hiding behind smart contracts on $ETH and $BNB Chain. Four Russian citizens convinced people that smart contracts guaranteed 100% honesty and absolute decentralization.
