🇬🇧 Solana Breakpoint 2026 countdown: See you in London—tickets and travel costs are being given away
This year’s annual Solana Breakpoint is set for November 15–17 at the Olympia exhibition centre in London, just over three weeks away.
Judging by the discussions on X, a few of the announced speakers are particularly interesting:
🔹 Sir Nicholas Lyons, former Lord Mayor of the City of London
🔹 NBA player Tristan Thompson
🔹 Bullish CEO Tom Farley
🔹 Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko
Even more exciting, communities around the world are competing to bring people along:
🔹 Superteam Germany is looking for original posts with a German perspective and is offering $6,000 in travel grants
🔹 La Familia is offering Spanish-speaking creators a $5,000 travel grant plus a ticket to Breakpoint
🔹 One user shared that they won one of six hidden tickets in a Solana High yearbook promotion, and said they’d be heading to London for free
There are also pre-event activities such as Hacker House, and people in the community have already started showing off their “London outfits.”
My take: When an ecosystem is willing to spend money to bring creators from different countries to an event, it shows that it cares about more than developers—it cares about its narrative and reach, too. Solana recently launched Alpenglow, and stablecoin volumes are hitting new highs, so Breakpoint could well be a window for a fresh wave of announcements. But conference rallies are often driven by “buy the rumour,” so don’t treat a keynote as a guaranteed signal that prices will rise.
What kind of announcements will you be watching during Breakpoint: ecosystem projects, institutional partnerships, or SOL’s price reaction? 👇
