причине необоснованного "лимита", откуда такой лимит, впрочем биржа
пояснить не может.
запросили множество вариантов верификаций и
документы об источниках. дошло до истребования подтверждения источника
от третьего лица которое перечисляло активы отправителю нашего
пользователя. Что за бред ???
и это предоставили в обычном скрине от
отправителя. Бирже это недостаточно. налицо видим недобросовестное
поведение по удержанию чужих активов. без должных на то оснований. как
минимум попахивает мошенничеством со стороны сотрудников биржи. На
официальную претензию не отвечают.
Наш вывод: не рекомендуем к
использованию. непрозрачная работа и длительная обратная связь службы
поддержки. нечеткие политики обработки и пользователя.
