Are You Building a Crypto Portfolio- or Just Collecting Coins? 📈
A strong crypto portfolio is not necessarily the one holding the most tokens. It is one built with a clear purpose.
Before buying any cryptocurrency, I believe investors should ask:
🔷What role will this asset play in my portfolio?
🔷Am I investing for the long term or following short-term momentum?
🔷Do I actually understand the project’s use case?
🔷How much volatility can I realistically tolerate?
🔷What would make me sell: Profit? Changing fundamentals? Or risk management?
Many investors view $BTC as a long-term store-of-value asset, while $ETH offers exposure to smart-contract infrastructure. Assets such as $SOL may offer greater growth potential, but they can also carry higher risk and volatility.
Smaller altcoins and memecoins may deliver dramatic gains, but they should not be confused with a diversified investment strategy.
My approach is simple: research first, decide on an allocation, invest gradually and avoid making decisions based purely on fear or excitement.
