Following the major security incident on October 29, Binance is continuing its phased restoration of cryptocurrency withdrawal services.
Here is what users should know:
🔹 November 1: Binance officially began Phase 1 of withdrawal restoration, covering selected assets across 15 networks.
🔹 November 3: Binance announced Phase 2, adding more assets across BSC, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, SUI, Arbitrum, Optimism, TRON and Base.
🔹 Asset protection: Binance stated that it would cover the financial impact of the stolen funds rather than pass the losses on to users.
🔹 Proof of Reserves: Binance has also been publishing updated reserve information as part of its recovery and transparency efforts.
What happens next?
Withdrawals are being restored progressively. Not every listed cryptocurrency or network becomes available simultaneously. Each asset/network combination must pass the required security and readiness checks.
⚠️ Important: There is currently no officially confirmed date for the complete restoration of all withdrawal services.
What should users do?
1. Check the withdrawal page for their specific cryptocurrency. 2. Verify the correct withdrawal network before making a transaction. 3. Follow Binance's official announcements for further updates. 4. Avoid unofficial links and accounts claiming to offer withdrawal recovery services.
The situation is improving, but users should rely on verified information rather than speculation.
