• Only Binance verified users in select African countries who have enabled Binance spot trading are eligible to participate in this campaign.

• Each new user can only be referred to Binance through one referral method. Please use the designated invite link/invite code to invite friends to register. Users who register through this campaign will not be bound to your commission relationship and will not generate subsequent fee rebates for you.

• Participating in this campaign means you agree to these campaign terms and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Reward Activity Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy. All the above additional terms are incorporated herein.

• In case of any ambiguity or conflict between these campaign terms and any other incorporated terms, these campaign terms shall prevail, then in the following order of priority: (a) Binance Reward Activity Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.

• Sub-account trading volumes will not be combined with the master account. Each sub-account is not treated as an independent participant.

• Valid trading volume: only volume generated during the campaign on eligible buy orders are counted (excluding volume flagged as risk-control anomalies).

• Trading task: Only first-time trades are eligible for rewards.

• Only eligible trading pairs qualify for this promotion. Zero-fee trading pairs are not eligible.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify users' rewards if the account is involved in any dishonest behaviour (e.g., wash trading, illegal mass account registration/login, self-trading, or market manipulation). Binance also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with Binance's program code or uses other software to interfere with its operation.

• Registering and participating by any technical means, or showing signs of using electronic, computer, digital, robotic, repetitive, automated, mechanical, and/or similar means intended to automatically and/or repeatedly replicate registrations (whether identical or not). This will result in the immediate invalidation of all registrations and participations by users using such means or acting for such purposes, even if not all registrations or participations used such means or were made for such purposes.

• The total campaign prize pool is 25,000 USDT, and rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the total prize pool funds are exhausted, referrers and referees will no longer be eligible for any rewards.

• Binance reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to decide and/or modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, terminating, or suspending the campaign, eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any actions. All participants are bound by such modifications.

Rewards Distribution:

• Only users who have completed KYC verification, fulfilled the qualifying tasks, and used all spin attempt before the campaign concludes are eligible to receive rewards.

• Spin attempts must be used within the campaign period. Any unused spins will automatically expire once the campaign ends and cannot be redeemed afterward.

• Token voucher rewards from eligible spin attempts will be distributed to users’ Rewards Hub within 48 hours of successful mission completion.
