About Pirate Chain
Pirate Chain (ARRR) is an independent blockchain developed from the Komodo network asset chain. Komodo is an open-source decentralized network that enables swap capabilities between different assets through the creation of side chains, which are independent blockchain networks. ZCash is one rather well known decentralized project that forked its blockchain from Komodo in 2014.
Pirate Chain was developed and launched in 2018 to facilitate secure, anonymous digital payments in the decentralized environment. The network uses zk-SNARKs (Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Argument of Knowledge) technology to achieve 100% private, anonymous transactions.
