1. Why do I need to provide Proof of Address?
Proof of Address verification is required for all Binance Card (EEA countries) users to comply with regulations from the card-issuing partner. It also enhances the security of your Binance Card account.
2. How to complete the Proof of Address verification?

3. What happens if I don’t complete the Proof of Address verification?
If you fail to complete the Proof of Address verification within the grace period mentioned in the email, your Binance Card usage will be restricted. You won’t be able to complete transactions with the Card or make withdrawals from ATMs.
4. Will my funds be locked if I don’t complete the Proof of Address verification?
Your funds in the Funding or Spot Wallets won’t be affected.
5. Can I still receive merchant refunds if I don’t complete the Proof of Address verification?
You can still receive refunds from merchants as usual, but your Binance Card usage will be restricted.
