⚠️ 1. Fake Bank Payment / Reversal Scam
Scammers chori ya third-party account se payment bhejte hain. Aap crypto release kar dete ho, lekin baad mein asli account holder transaction reverse kar deta hai.
👉 Result: Crypto bhi gaya, bank account bhi freeze ho sakta hai.
🧠 Tip: Hamesha check karo ke sender ka naam order ke naam se match karta hai.
⚠️ 2. Fake Receipt / Screenshot Scam
Buyer aapko fake screenshot ya SMS bhej deta hai jaise payment ho gaya ho. Aap trust karke crypto release kar dete ho, lekin asal mein transfer hota hi nahi.
🧠 Tip: Kabhi screenshot pe trust mat karo. Sirf apne bank/wallet login karke hi verify karo.
⚠️ 3. “Cancel Order” Trap
Scammer bolta hai ke technical issue hai aur aapko convince karta hai order cancel karne ke liye. Aap cancel kar doge toh Binance protection khatam ho jata hai.
🧠 Tip: Tabhi cancel karo jab 100% sure ho ke aapne kuch send nahi kiya.
⚠️ 4. Triangle Scam (3rd Party Fraud)
Scammer kisi aur ke bank account se aapko payment bhejta hai. Baad mein asli owner fraud complaint kar deta hai. Aap phas jaate ho legal problems mein.

I used to think lending against real-world assets would always be difficult because many of them simply aren’t liquid enough.
After looking more closely at @TermMax , one thing caught my attention: the physical delivery mechanism.
If an asset becomes difficult to sell, the solution doesn’t always have to be “sell it on the market.” In some situations, the asset can be delivered directly to the lender.
That made me think differently about RWA lending.
Tokenizing an asset doesn’t automatically make the underlying asset liquid. What really matters is what happens when a loan reaches maturity or when things don’t go as planned.
That’s also where fixed-rate lending becomes interesting. With a clear rate and defined maturity, both sides can understand the terms from the beginning.
I’m still cautious about the RWA narrative, but I’m genuinely interested in seeing how @TermMax handles physical delivery with less-liquid real-world assets.
That’s where the real test begins.
