One thing I’m watching closely with @TermMax after the $TMX launch is fixed-rate lending.

Instead of watching borrowing costs move every few hours, users get a defined rate for a defined term.

That gives borrowers something DeFi often lacks: better visibility over the cost of capital.

For me, this is where fixed-rate markets start becoming useful beyond speculation.

Before you trade the launch, look at the system behind the token.

@TermMax already has fixed-rate markets, multichain deployment, active loans, vaults and structured products.

Here’s what I’d do:

2. Watch TVL, active loans, fees and user activity after TGE.
3. Check $TMX supply, staking, governance and utility.

Most DeFi lending markets leave users dealing with floating rates, but @TermMax takes a different approach with fixed-term and fixed-rate markets.

What caught my attention is how TermMax uses FT, XT and GT to structure different parts of a position, giving users a clearer way to think about principal, interest and collateral.

For borrowers, fixed terms offer more certainty around maturity and rates. For lenders and yield seekers, the structure creates more flexibility around how capital gets deployed.

I think this approach is worth watching as DeFi continues to evolve beyond simple lending and borrowing.
