Paimon currently has an offering for the Kalshi SPV Token ($xKLSH):

Previous round: $842K / $1.5M — has been settled
Current round: $97.7K / $1.1M — live now, ~8.9% of target

Reference valuation: $28B–$39B.

Mechanism: Simply put: investors buy $xKLSH → Paimon/SPV uses the funds to negotiate equity deals for Kalshi → the token carries exposure to that portion of assets.

Note: $xKLSH is not Kalshi stock directly, and private-market exposure may be less liquid.

This is a pretty interesting example of how private-market exposure is being tokenized and brought on-chain.
