From Starting Over to Building Again 🚀
In 2011, I arrived in Uganda after fleeing the conflict in Somalia.
I had to rebuild my life from almost nothing. I focused on education, earned IT certifications, and in 2019 I started my own small IT business.
Then COVID-19 happened. The lockdown forced my business to close, and I lost the capital I had invested.
Years later, I’m still determined to start again.
Today, I’m learning more about Bitcoin, crypto, and the opportunities they can create for financial inclusion and entrepreneurship.
My journey has taught me one thing: sometimes rebuilding takes years, but giving up is never the answer.
I’m documenting my journey here and connecting with people who believe in entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and creating opportunities from difficult circumstances.
