At first, I thought that 24/7 P2P transaction support was only there to answer questions and that if something went wrong, the handling would definitely take a long time—maybe 1 day, even 2 days.
At 8:00 PM on Saturday of the previous week, I bought 1,100 USDT via P2P on Binance. I checked everything carefully and completed the bank transfer for nearly 29 million VND. However, the order status kept showing “pending” for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes...
I messaged in the chat box and asked the counterparty to pay the USDT, but they didn’t respond. “What a loss, is it fate?” I was panicking because I started thinking negatively.
I remembered that Binance has 24/7 support and filed an appeal right on the transaction, then contacted support. “Hello Binance, I bought 1100 USDT at 8:00 PM, and the transfer was successful. I still haven’t received the USDT from the seller—please help.” The report was received, and support asked me to provide detailed evidence related to the order: transfer completion, timing, chat messages—all of it was compiled into a clear, detailed video.
I followed the instructions and sent everything. Then a notice appeared: “Your request will be reviewed within 2 hours.”
I made a cup of coffee, sat back, and waited. To my surprise, about 30 minutes later there was an update saying that the support request had been fully resolved. I checked the transaction—it had been processed, the USDT was confirmed as received to my account, and the report was closed.
And I understood that 24/7 support isn’t just someone replying when you run into an issue. It’s a process to receive the case, verify the evidence, and resolve disputes.
Perhaps it’s all the evidence related to the P2P transaction, provided according to the proper process, that determines how long Binance support takes to handle the issue when it arises. That’s also an additional layer of safety in Binance P2P to protect users.
Thank you, Binance, for quickly resolving the issue I faced.
