One thing trading has taught me over the past few months is that patience isn't something you magically develop overnight.
I used to think successful traders were the ones constantly catching moves and being in the market every day.
Now I'm starting to see it differently.
Some days I spend hours analyzing, marking levels, building scenarios, and in the end I don't take a single trade.
At first that felt unproductive.
But I've realized that protecting capital is also progress.
Not every chart deserves a position.
Not every move needs to be traded.
And not every opportunity that looks good is actually high probability.
Ironically, the more selective I've become, the less stressed I am.
I'm no longer trying to predict every candle or force something to happen.
I'm just trying to follow my plan, manage my risk, and let the market do what it wants.
Some trades will win.
Some trades will lose.
But if I can stay disciplined and keep showing up with the same process every day, I believe the results will eventually take care of themselves.
Still learning.
Still improving.
One chart at a time.
