GRAPHIC PATTERN MASTERY COURSE: MODULE 2: REVERSAL PATTERNS | DAY 10
ROUND TOP AND BOTTOM:
$0G The Slow Tide Turn Without sharp peaks here. Just a smooth curve.
The control slowly shifts from one side to the other.
๐ฐTHE CURVE
๐ดSMOOTH ROUNDED TOP
Also called an inverted saucer. Price rises, stabilizes slowly, and then curves downward. Buyers fade away and sellers gradually take control. A slow, calm bearish reversal.
๐ขROUNDED BOTTOM
Also called a saucer. Price falls, stabilizes slowly, and then curves upward. Sellers run out of momentum and buyers enter gradually. A slow, patient bullish reversal.
These patterns form on longer timeframes. They show a smooth, steady shift in sentiment rather than a violent reversal.
๐ฐHOW TO TRADE THE THREE LEVELS:
$ARB โช๏ธENTRY: Enter when the price breaks the saucer rim: the high for a bottom, the low for a top.
โช๏ธSTOP: Place the stop inside the curve, below the breakout for long trades or above it for short trades.
โช๏ธTARGET: Measure the depth of the cavity and project it from the rim breakout.
THE VOLUME FEATURE
$USELESS Volume often forms its own cavity: high at the edges, low in the middle, and then rising again as the pattern completes.
๐ฐDAY 10 KEY TAKEAWAYS โ A smooth curve, not a sharp peak โ Control shifts slowly and consistently โ Enter on the rim breakout โ Volume also forms a cavity
