Many people jump into futures looking to become millionaires overnight, but true success lies in consistency and protecting your capital. Today, I’m sharing part of my position history on HOMEUSDT (Isolated 5x), reflecting my step-by-step approach, studying the market, and trading with great care.
🔍 Breakdown of the day:
Trade 1 (Long): A clean entry that gave me a +56.07% ROI ($7.34 PnL). Riding the right momentum.
Trade 2 (Short): Capturing the pullback with a +11.98% ROI ($1.52 PnL).
Trade 3 (Long): A quick move, securing early gains with +0.85% ROI ($0.11 PnL). When the market gets sketchy, it’s better to exit on time.
My current three golden rules:
Controlled leverage: Sticking to 5x and isolated investments helps prevent an unexpected spike from wrecking the account.
Take profits: Money isn’t yours until the position is closed. Don’t let the (green) of greed make you give back your gains.
Daily study: Every trade, win or lose, is a lesson in price action.
