All eligible users will be automatically evaluated over a 3-month period and can earn up to a 50% sustained commission rate for both Futures and Spot. The commission rates are determined based on the following performance structure：

🔸 Futures Commission Time Limitation: The period during which the invitee generates Futures commission for their inviter after the invitee opens a Futures account.
🔸 Futures Trading Volume: Only trades that incur a trading fee will be included in the “Trading Volume”. 🔸 New Futures Traders: The number of users who register during the evaluation period and complete their first Futures trade within the same evaluation period.
Affiliates who achieve a future commission rate of 30% or higher by passing the evaluation will not be subjected to the 1-year validity period for the current and next evaluation. Otherwise, the 1-year commission validity period will remain in effect and will be reset if the threshold is not maintained in subsequent evaluations.

⚠️ Common Rules for Commission Evaluation:
Eligible users for evaluation include all Binance users, with the exception of:
🔸 Sub-accounts;
🔸 Binance brokers;
🔸 Binance Wealth users;
🔸 Users whose current commission rate is 0%;
🔸 Users who have not activated a Futures account (For Futures Evaluation Only);
🔸 Users without any referrals activating a Futures account (For Futures Evaluation Only);
🔸 Users who are residing in a restricted region for the referral, Spot, and Futures products;
🔸 Users who violate the Binance Referral Terms and Conditions. Evaluations for existing eligible users start at the beginning of the calendar month and last for three consecutive calendar months.
🔸 Please note that users who become eligible after the 15th of the month will begin their evaluation from the day of being eligible, and the evaluation will last until the end of the next 3 calendar months.
🔸Example: User A became eligible for evaluation on 17 August, his/her evaluation period will begin on 17 August until 30 November.
🔸 Users can check their evaluation performance period and data by visiting the [Referral Pro Dashboard] and clicking on the [Futures Evaluation] or [Spot Evaluation] tab.
🔸 Upgrading of a commission tier generally takes effect by 08:00 (UTC) the next day after the user meets the criteria. In most cases, the upgrade is completed within a day, and for certain cases, up to 48 hours.
🔸 Downgrading of a commission tier will be processed within 48 hours after the evaluation period ends. 🔸 Users who reached a higher tier in the previous evaluation must meet the same tier criteria in the following 3-month evaluation period to retain their affiliate benefits.
🔸 The evaluation will only assess users’ referral performance from the beginning of the evaluation period onward. Performance prior to the evaluation period will not be assessed.
