$DUSK governance has an interesting balance between open proposals and technical control.
Anyone can submit a protocol improvement proposal, which gives the community an entry point into the development process.
But submitting an idea is only the first step.
The Core R&D Team looks at protocol-related proposals from a technical perspective, while the Governance Council deals with wider decisions such as funding and ecosystem matters.
I actually think that separation is worth paying attention to.
A completely open process sounds attractive, but technical proposals still need to be reviewed by people who understand whether they can realistically work.
At the same time, that creates an important question:
Where should technical expertise end and community decision-making begin?
That's something every decentralized network eventually has to deal with.
@Dusk model doesn't give us a simple answer, but it does create a clear division of responsibilities.
And as the network matures, I'll be watching how that balance changes.
Because good governance isn't just about having more people involved.
It's also about making sure the right decisions are made by the right participants.

The bottom will be obvious in hindsight — just like the top was.
Here’s the bullish case 👇
📈 Daily RSI just hit 82.
That level of momentum is important. Historically, major fakeouts before deep drops have often struggled to sustain RSI readings this strong.
For comparison, recent major selloffs saw BTC’s RSI reach roughly 65–70 before rolling over.
Now look back at the 2022 bottom:
• Bullish divergence appeared
• RSI pushed toward 88
• BTC rallied roughly 50% from the buy signal to the top wick
• It took around 30 days for the trend dots to catch up
• BTC then retraced about 33%
• And eventually continued higher
The key takeaway:
A strong RSI reading doesn’t automatically mean “overbought = sell.”
Sometimes, extreme momentum is the confirmation that a new trend is beginning.
If BTC has truly established a local bottom, the next phase could be trend continuation + volatility, not an immediate collapse.
Still, confirmation matters.
Watch the structure. Watch the momentum. Don’t fight the trend.
The bottom will be obvious in hindsight — just like the top was.

For now, I’m staying patient and watching price action around the breakout zone. No need to chase — let confirmation lead the trade.

$AVGO is back on my watchlist after this pullback.
Price has been consolidating between roughly $370–$420, with the stock now sitting near the 0.5 Fibonacci level around $394.
The key level for me is $417. A clean daily reclaim could open the door toward $451, with the previous high near $495 as the bigger target.
On the downside, $370 remains the level to watch. A decisive break below it would weaken the setup.
Bias: cautiously bullish. I’d rather wait for confirmation than chase here.
