Bitcoin Analysis!!!
Why Is Bitcoin Falling? BTC Analysis | October 20
Bitcoin dropped 1.2% to around $81,730 as weak institutional demand and Fed uncertainty pressured the market.
What’s behind the decline?
Bitcoin ETFs saw $228.6M in weekly outflows. 🇺🇸 Inflation remains a concern, reducing hopes for interest rate cuts. Traders are showing caution, while selling pressure remains strong. Negative Chaikin Money Flow signals that sellers are dominating.
Does the Fed control the crypto market?
The Federal Reserve cannot directly control Bitcoin, but its interest rate decisions can strongly influence prices. Higher rates can strengthen the dollar and pressure BTC, while rate cuts may support a recovery.
Here’s the bigger picture: The Fed influences liquidity, borrowing costs, and investor confidence. When money becomes expensive, investors may move away from risky assets like crypto. Large institutions can also move prices through major trades and ETF flows.
Ordinary traders often suffer when volatility triggers liquidations, panic selling, and emotional decisions. However, there is no proof that the Fed deliberately manipulates Bitcoin to take people's money.
Key Levels
Support: $81,144 and $80,000
Resistance: $82,587 and $83,457. If support breaks, $77,500–$78,000 could come into focus.
A short-term MACD recovery offers some hope, but bulls need confirmation.
Will BTC recover toward $84K or drop further?
