✅ One documented system + AI = Faster, more consistent execution.
Don't optimize chaos.
Optimize the process first.
Today, choose one task that takes at least 20 minutes and happens every week.
Write the steps in a simple checklist.
If someone else could follow it without asking questions, you've created a valuable SOP.
