BitMart announced an orderly wind-down on July 26, 2026. Trading ended on August 26, and the platform is scheduled to shut down fully on January 31, 2027.
Since the announcement, several users and projects have reported withdrawal delays. BitMart says withdrawals remain available, but it has not published a full proof-of-reserves report. I can't confirm the reason for the delays.
In my own account, the withdrawal page shows no available coins or networks, and I can't transfer from Funding to Spot either. I'm still trying to figure out why.
If you still have funds on BitMart:
✅ Complete KYC if it's pending
✅ Try withdrawing from the official website as well as the app
✅ Submit one withdrawal request and check its status. Don't spam requests or tickets
✅ Contact only official in-app support
Beware of scams 🚨
BitMart has said it never charges "expedited processing," "unfreezing," or "security deposit" fees. Anyone asking for these on Telegram or WhatsApp is a scammer. Also, don't deposit anything new into BitMart.

Моя главная победа с Binance - это смелость сделать первый шаг! 🚀
Все вокруг только и говорят о криптовалюте, блокчейне и возможностях, которые открывает этот рынок. Сейчас я активно изучаю статьи в Binance Academy, разбираюсь в интерфейсе и готовлюсь совершить свою самую первую сделку. Путь в тысячу миль начинается с первого шага, и свой шаг в мир Web3 я уже сделал благодаря Binance KZ.
