I honestly don't know what people expected here.
Robinhood launched tokenized AMC shares on Solana. AMC's CEO Adam Aron publicly demanded they stop, calling it "contemptible" and threatening legal action. Within hours, a Pumpfun token riding on that drama — ticker $AMC, nicknamed the "MEME token" — surged over 40,000% in 24 hours, briefly touching a market cap near $250 million.
Then it crashed 93% from its peak.
That is not just volatility. That is what happens when a real corporate lawsuit gets turned into a casino chip.
The interesting part is what happened underneath. Two early buyers reportedly turned small positions into six and seven-figure gains before the crowd even understood what they were buying. Meanwhile, the token had zero connection to AMC itself — no equity, no rights, nothing but a shared ticker and a viral news cycle.
And this is where I think people keep missing the point.
A corporate feud can create attention. A lawsuit threat can create urgency. A ticker symbol can create confusion that looks like opportunity. But none of that creates ownership, utility, or sustainable demand.
People weren't betting on AMC. They were betting on a rumor wearing AMC's name.
For me, the biggest takeaway isn't that the token crashed 93% in days.
It's that we now build entire trading events around lawsuits before they're even filed.
Memecoins can move insanely fast, but when the actual company has nothing to do with the token, the chart was never telling you what you thought it was.

双方争的表面上是一只AMC。
背后真正争的是一个可能影响未来万亿美元市场的问题：

先把复杂概念翻译一下。
正常买1股AMC，你是AMC公司的股东。
但Robinhood自己在官方文件里写得很清楚：
它现在部分Stock Tokens属于 “tokenised debt securities”——代币化债务证券。
这些代币可以跟踪某只股票的经济表现，但持有人不因此获得底层公司的法律或受益所有权。
也就是说：
你可以买一个价格跟AMC走的链上资产，
但这不等于你的名字进入AMC股东名册，也不自动拥有传统股票对应的股东权利。
这正是AMC CEO愤怒的地方。
他认为Robinhood未经AMC参与，就建立了一个跟AMC股价挂钩的平行市场，可能影响公司融资，同时让投资者误以为自己买的是“真正的AMC股票”。
Robinhood则押注完全不同的未来。
今年7月，Robinhood Chain正式上线，新一代股票代币已经面向 120多个国家的合资格用户开放。
这些资产可以：
24小时交易，
进入DEX，
拿去做借贷，
甚至作为DeFi里的抵押品。
这就是股票代币真正有吸引力的地方。
传统股票：
周末不能交易，
结算和跨境都有门槛，
也很难直接进入DeFi。
股票一旦上链：
股票可能开始像Crypto一样流动。
但AMC这次把最大的漏洞也暴露出来了：
“价格跟着股票走”和“真正拥有股票”完全是两回事。
目前市场上的股票代币至少存在几种结构：
有的只是价格映射；
有的背后托管真实股票；
还有一种目标是直接把真正的股权登记搬上链。
CoinDesk数据显示，当前股票代币市场已经增长到约 36亿美元。这场争议不会阻止RWA继续发展，但很可能逼监管机构回答一个问题：
什么样的产品，才有资格叫“Tokenized Stock”？
接下来有两个剧本。
剧本A：Robinhood模式被监管认可
24/7股票交易、链上抵押和DeFi组合继续扩张。
那么未来Crypto交易所和传统券商的边界会越来越模糊。
剧本B：监管要求股票代币必须对应真实股权
那很多现在只提供“价格敞口”的产品，就必须重新设计。
这反而可能利好真正做到资产托管、股权登记和链上结算的RWA基础设施。
所以AMC和Robinhood这次吵架，看起来像两个CEO互喷。
