It appears that XRP inflow and outflow transactions on Binance have weakened significantly in terms of both transaction volume and transaction size. This situation necessitates evaluating not only selling pressure but also buying appetite.
In the outflow chart, there has been a significant decrease in the number of transactions, particularly those of 1M+ XRP, 100K–1M XRP, and 10K–100K XRP, compared to previous periods.
Normally, a large outflow of XRP from Binance indicates that investors are withdrawing their assets to cold wallets,
preferring to hold rather than sell, and that the circulating supply of XRP may decrease. However, in the current chart, outflow transactions by large investors have fallen to a very low level, so I cannot call this result very positive.
Similarly, in the inflow chart, the number of transfers of 1M+ XRP, 100K–1M XRP, and 10K–100K XRP has decreased significantly compared to the 2024-2025 period. So, we understand that whales aren't sending large amounts of XRP to Binance. This indicates that active selling pressure has weakened significantly compared to previous periods.
Both charts show a decrease in transaction numbers simultaneously. There's no preparation for a large sell-off, nor is there strong accumulation.
The market is essentially in a waiting mode. During such periods, the price often exhibits a structure where liquidity is reduced, volume is low, and it's difficult to determine direction.
In particular, the fact that transactions above 1 million XRP are quite infrequent, both incoming and outgoing, suggests that whales prefer to observe the market. Therefore, a new capital inflow to drive the price doesn't seem to have formed yet.
The transaction number in the 1K-10K XRP group is still higher than in other groups. This shows that market activity is largely coming from individual investors.
