A股那边同理，政策底有了，市场底在磨，这种时候最忌讳的就是来回跳。

这东西能不能真落地我不知道，但我知道一件事：没方向的市場里，活着的都是等得起的。

XRP and the CLARITY Act: Why September 15 Could Be a Major Test.

All crypto eyes have turned to the two major events next week (and the CPI inflation data on Friday), with some favoring the FOMC meeting, while others put more emphasis on the CLARITY Act vote on September 15.

The xrp community appears to be in the second camp, as the countdown to the vote has become one of the biggest talking points among them, especially on X and Reddit.

One of the popular users going by the X handle RippleXity recently outlined the significance of the CLARITY Act on $XRP since it could put the token “at the center.”

xrp Has an Advantage?
The highly anticipated legislation would establish a comprehensive framework dividing responsibility for crypto between the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. For Ripple’s native token, one of those major regulatory questions has already been answered via a lengthy and painful lawsuit.

In March, the SEC explicitly identified $XRP as a digital commodity, alongside BTC, ETH, SOL, ADA, and several other crypto assets. The watchdog said digital commodities derive their value primarily from the operation of their underlying networks and supply-and-demand dynamics rather than expectations of profits generated via the essential managerial efforts of others.

As such, the CLARITY Act could provide something more valuable over the long term: durability. Current SEC and CFTC interpretations can potentially be changed by future administrations, but federal legislation is considerably harder to reverse.

The bill would also establish a formal regulatory regime for digital commodity exchanges, brokers, and dealers, and give the CFTC an expanded role in overseeing spot digital commodities markets.

2017年底，XRP从两毛多直接拉到将近四块。那时候市场情绪跟现在一样，所有人都觉得还没涨够，结果呢？接下来整整两年，XRP在三四毛钱到一块钱之间来回摩擦。多少人满怀信仰冲进去，最后被磨得没了脾气。

现在呢？价格到了$ 1.42，距离历史高点跌了六成多，从低位涨回来不少，但就是不上不下。成交量低得可怜，24小时才涨了不到两个点，7天加起来也就五个点。这种走法，市场根本没准备好选方向。

日线图上看的很清楚，$ 1.35到$ 1.48就是现在的交战区间。1.35是防守底线，破了容易引发连锁反应；1.48是上方压力，打过去才算真正打破僵局。多空双方现在都在等，等一个理由——可能是ETF消息，可能是监管动向，也可能是大盘整体选择方向。

我真正想说的不是技术面，是商业模式能不能跑通。XRP核心逻辑就是跨境支付和银行清算，Ripple一直在推ODL业务，但监管不确定性这东西不会因为价格低就消失。价格可以炒概念，但企业合作落地需要稳定预期。所以估值低不代表就安全，得看实际业务进展。

方向上我倾向往上先走一波，但成交量不放大就不当真。真正的变盘需要外部催化，消息面或者宏观资金面推动。耐心等着，别急着下注。

XRP is again in the spotlight as XRP Ledger validator Grape commented on the growing institutional business of Ripple. Ripple Treasury, affiliated with JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, is close to completing nearly $13 trillion worth of settlements.

In a post on X, Grape wrote, “A lot of people don’t pay attention to the things that matter for XRP.” He added, “Thirteen trillion, and the price chart never noticed.” The Ripple Treasury platform facilitated approximately $13 trillion in corporate payments last year for 1,100 corporate clients, Grape said. Among their clients are Wall Street giants such as Coca Cola, American Airlines, Stanley Black & Decker.
Moreover, the validator disclosed that Ripple Treasury will be presented at SWIFT’s annual banking conference, Sibos 2026, in Miami on September 28–October 1. It’s one of the largest events in the banking and payments industry. For context, it will host over 12,000 banking, payments and treasury professionals attending, Ripple says.
Meanwhile, Grape shared an interactive architecture map provides a visual representation of how SWIFT, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs will fit into Ripple Treasury’s larger ecosystem. The diagram puts Ripple Treasury in the middle, with a single treasury dashboard and Digital Asset Accounts. 🇺🇸 Ripple Is Lobbying. But 60 Senators Hold the Real Leverage.
Ripple is lobbying U.S. senators ahead of the CLARITY Act vote.
But the real story isn't simply $XRP .
It's the fight over who gets to define the rules for America's crypto market.
The Senate is scheduled to hold a cloture vote on September 15.
And there's a critical detail many headlines blur:
Cloture ≠ passage.
The vote needs 60 of 100 senators to clear the procedural hurdle and open the door to debate and amendments.
If it fails, the bill could face a major setback for the rest of 2026.
Why is this getting so contentious?
Because CLARITY isn't just about crypto companies.
It's also about the balance between crypto, regulators and traditional banking.
Crypto groups want clearer jurisdiction between the SEC and CFTC.
Banks, meanwhile, have raised concerns about stablecoin yield potentially competing with traditional deposits.
And the lobbying numbers show how high the stakes are:
→ Crypto advocacy groups reportedly held $122.8M in cash as of July 31
→ Coinbase and Ripple each reportedly contributed $25M to major crypto political efforts
But here's the part the market may be missing:
Even 60+ votes would not make CLARITY law.
After cloture comes debate, amendments, final Senate approval, reconciliation with the House version, and ultimately the President.
So a successful vote would be a legislative signal, not the finish line.
That's also why treating CLARITY as a simple “XRP bullish catalyst” misses the bigger picture.
$XRP may be particularly sensitive to regulatory clarity.
But the bill potentially affects the entire U.S. digital-asset market.
The market may be watching XRP.
The real trade is regulatory clarity.
The question now isn't whether Ripple can lobby hard enough.

Both are already heavily sold, so I’m keeping the risk tight but the trend is clearly on the bears’ side right now.
