Le $BTC va clôturer son pire mois d'octobre depuis 2014. À 16:50 UTC, il cote 77 614 $ sur Binance, contre 83 624 $ à l'ouverture du 1/10, soit -7,2 % à quelques heures de la bougie mensuelle (00:00 UTC, dimanche 1/11).
L'idée reçue : « octobre est toujours vert, Uptober fait le travail ». Les chiffres disent autre chose.
Sur les bougies mensuelles BTCUSDT de Binance, octobre a fini en hausse 7 fois sur 8 entre 2017 et 2024, parfois très fort (+47,6 % en 2017, +39,9 % en 2021). Mais 2025 a fini à -3,9 %, et 2026 suit à -7,2 %. Deux octobres rouges d'affilée, une première sur cet historique. Selon les données Bitstamp citées par CryptoWatchDesk, seul 2014 (-13,2 %) a fait pire.
Le détail compte : au 28/10, le mois ne perdait qu'environ 2,7 %. L'essentiel de la baisse s'est fait en deux séances, après le hack de Binance du 29/10. De son côté, $ETH a encaissé plus fort, -16,1 % sur le mois (2 686 vers 2 253 $).
Ensuite, deuxième idée reçue : « novembre rattrape ». Sur les mêmes bougies Binance, novembre n'a fini vert que 4 fois sur 9 depuis 2017. Et les deux fois où octobre était rouge, novembre a suivi en pire : -36,6 % en 2018, -17,6 % en 2025. Deux cas, c'est trop peu pour en faire une règle, mais assez pour arrêter de citer la saisonnalité comme une garantie.
Ma lecture : le mois se joue surtout sur des catalyseurs datés, pas sur le calendrier. Reprise des retraits Binance visée dimanche, Proof of Reserves annoncée lundi 2/11. Une reprise propre et une clôture hebdo au-dessus de 78 800 $ (plus haut du 30/10) donneraient une base pour viser 80 000 $. Une rechute sous 76 300 $ (plus bas post-hack) ouvrirait la zone des 75 000 $.

BTC sendiri sempat menyentuh level terendah sejak 18 September.
Opiniku: ini bukan sekadar cerita "Oktober merah" — ini konfirmasi bahwa kripto sekarang bergerak seirama aset risiko, bukan terpisah darinya. Yang aku pantau: apakah BTC mampu bertahan di atas $76.600, low Jumat kemarin, sampai penutupan bulanan Minggu pagi WIB, atau justru menutup bulan dengan rekor buruk yang makin dalam.
Yang aku pantau selanjutnya: penutupan bulanan Minggu pagi dan reaksi pasar di pembukaan minggu depan.
