To implement the important consensus from the high-level economic and trade talks between China and the United States, according to the (Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China), (Customs Law of the People's Republic of China), (Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China), and other laws and regulations, as well as the basic principles of international law, and with the approval of the State Council, starting from May 14, 2025, at 12:01 PM, adjustments will be made to the tariff measures imposed on imported goods originating from the United States. The relevant matters are as follows:
1. Adjust the increased tariff rates stipulated in the (Announcement of the State Council Tariff Policy Committee on the Increased Tariff on Imported Goods Originating from the United States) (Announcement No. 4 of 2025 from the Tariff Commission) from 34% to 10%, and suspend the implementation of the 24% additional tariff on the U.S. for 90 days.

Bitcoin has approached the top of the range consolidation. Last week's weekly close was strong, and there are no clear bearish reversal signals on the daily candlestick and various smaller time frames, indicating that the bulls are not done yet.
Continue to look for bullish movements upwards, and pay attention to breakouts or reversals when reaching the top. If it breaks out, it could rise to 140,000 - 170,000; if it starts to pull back, it could lead to a significant drop. Therefore, this week is very important!
Trading Plan:
1. Enter long after breaking the upper pressure area;
2. Enter short after a clear bearish signal is formed at the upper resistance level.

The upper resistance level for Bitcoin is the most important dividing line between bulls and bears in history. Traders will repeatedly induce buying and selling, continuously washing the market back and forth. Regardless of bullish or bearish, do not intervene too early!
