After checking with the bank, they informed me that it was frozen by an authorized agency. The bank provided a phone number, and I contacted them, reporting my ID and bank card number. The uncle on the other end checked and said that it is currently frozen for 48 hours and is still in the urgent freeze period. I can wait for 48 hours, and if the card is still unusable afterward, I should contact them. As a result, when the 48 hours passed, it showed that it was judicially frozen. I contacted the freezing unit in the other location, and the uncle there asked me to bring all the materials to make a statement. If you are also selling USDT and your card is frozen.

Step 1: Provide materials to make a statement, to eliminate any suspicion of involvement in the case in the eyes of the freezing unit in the other location. You did not participate in fraud or money laundering; you are just an individual, not a USDT seller, and there is almost no criminal risk, purely staying at the level of a frozen card. Step 2: Determine the level of the involved card and the amount involved. For a level one card, in addition to unfreezing, a statement explaining there are no involvement circumstances is also required.

A level one card means the amount involved is equal to the amount received. A level two card means it might be a certain percentage, possibly also 100%. Step 3: Ask the uncle how to unfreeze it. In most areas, you still need to refund to unfreeze; if you don’t refund, they won’t unfreeze it for you. Step 4: If the negotiation on the percentage has not gone well, and the uncle clearly states that he wants to deduct, you can appeal to the higher-level public security or the same-level people's procuratorate.
