We spoke for a short time about - weather, economy, etc. During our conversation, he mentioned that he was heading off on vacation to celebrate his birthday.
Intrigued by his apparent success, I asked him for advice after all his years of experience.

"Whenever you're doing anything, do it once and do it right."
