十月那波真的狠，黃金從 4,697 這個歷史高點直接自由落體，一根針殺到 3,870。你以為要崩？結果最近幾天又默默爬回 4,046。先看圖2：3,870 那根長下影，配合江恩 0.786（4,239）下方撐住，確實是超跌後的技術性修復。

但別高興太早。

把鏡頭拉回圖1，那個淺藍色大箱體，4,100 到 4,200，是前面一堆人被埋的地方。上面還壓著一整片紅色江恩線和綠色下降趨勢線。價格現在卡在半山腰，上有套牢盤，下有獲利盤，怎麼看都像空頭喘口氣，不是反轉。

指標也說一樣的故事：MACD 柱狀圖剛翻一點紅（9.3），但價格線還在信號線下面睡著。翻紅 ≠ 轉強，頂多算「跌累了」。

剛好，今晚是非農。

美選塵埃落定、美債收益率稍微回檔，黃金才偷喘這一口。但 21:30 的數據是硬碰硬——市場預期只新增 6.5 萬，要是數據偏強、降息預期再被掐，這波反彈很可能直接被打回原形。

所以我怎麼想？

首選等它彈。4,100–4,150 這帶，箱體下沿＋江恩壓力＋0.786，三層天花板疊一起，空單舒服。下去先看 4,000，破了 3,900，極限再試 3,870。

手癢想多的？只在 3,950–3,900 回踩試，而且要看到長下影或背馳再動，非農前別戀戰，目標頂多 4,100。

兩句話收尾：

站不回 4,200，這輪就還是空頭的局；日線收破 3,870，那下一站真要聊 3,500 了。
