🚨HUGE $BTC : BlackRock officially files for a Bitcoin ETF designed to LIMIT losses.

The iShares Bitcoin Managed Protection ETF (PBIT) would offer upside on its $65 BILLION IBIT up to a cap while seeking "a level of downside protection," per its SEC filing.

$IBIT.ETF and BITA, BlackRock's covered-call income fund, both remain exposed to Bitcoin's drops.

This one would buy and sell call options on IBIT and hold fixed income to help cushion losses.

Its proposed ticker is PBIT.

The Nasdaq 100 just had its best day in nearly a month 🚀 One week after dropping 5.5%, it closed up 1.17% on Monday.

AMZN led the Mag 7 with a 5% jump, adding roughly $130 billion in market value. Morgan Stanley sees AWS growth potentially hitting 47% in 2027, and Amazon is funding a 960 MW nuclear project in Indiana. TSLA rose 3.8%, $NVDAB 1.4%, GOOGL 1.1%, and MSFT 0.8%. $AAPLB and META were the only ones in the red. Chips bounced too — SOXX up 1.7% — after last week’s rout.

It looked like a relief rally. But the Dow still finished red. CRWV gave back its entire early bounce. The 10-year Treasury yield is still above 5%. And the VIX only fell to 18.4.

This week is the real test.

Tesla and Meta report first among the Mag 7. Both have spent heavily on AI narratives — Robotaxi and Optimus for Tesla, Muse and infrastructure for Meta. The question is no longer whether these stories sound good. It’s whether the money is starting to show up in actual margins and cash flow.

A big day led by a few megacaps doesn’t clear the board. If earnings show that AI spending is still mostly cost with limited near-term return, the relief can reverse quickly. If the numbers start matching the story, the market may finally treat the spending as an investment instead of a risk.

Everyone is becoming increasingly bearish on $ZEC , while I believe we’re approaching the final stages of this correction.

The time to be aggressively bearish was when we lost $1,420. The daily swing structure broke which gave us the basis for our bearish outlook, and we’ve been trading the move lower since.

Now, after weeks of failed rallies, people are losing patience with the idea that this thing can ever go up again.

“Sub-$500 coming.” Blah blah blah.

Imagine following the entire move down, only to become most convinced about the downside towards the lows.

If we lose the neckline of this macro head and shoulders, I fully expect a hunt for liquidity around the prior all-time-high region to complete our corrective roadmap.

But it would not give me a reason to suddenly start calling for much lower prices.

My expectation remains a final leg lower, followed by consolidation and an eventual move higher.
