Here’s the simplified process: 1️⃣ Transaction is created A user creates a transaction using a blockchain wallet or application. 2️⃣ Digital signature is added The transaction is signed using the sender's private key. This proves that the transaction was authorized by the owner of the corresponding address. 3️⃣ The transaction enters the network It is broadcast to blockchain nodes through the peer-to-peer network. 4️⃣ Nodes verify it Nodes check things such as the digital signature, transaction format, and whether the transaction follows the network's rules. 5️⃣ The transaction waits for inclusion A valid transaction can wait in the network's pending transaction pool until a block producer selects it. 6️⃣ A block is created The transaction is included in a new block along with other valid transactions. 7️⃣ Consensus confirms the block The blockchain's consensus mechanism determines whether the new block is accepted by the network. 8️⃣ The blockchain state is updated Once accepted, the transaction becomes part of the blockchain's recorded history and the relevant account or UTXO state is updated.
