🚨 When lust becomes a tool for engagement and profit… where has the value of content gone?
This is a real-life example of what I spoke about earlier: a post discussing mental discipline, performance review, and commitment to trading principles, followed by an image that appears to have no connection whatsoever to the topic!
The question is not about the image itself, but about what this phenomenon reveals: Has attracting attention become more important than sharing knowledge? Has provocative content become a way to attract followers and generate profits, even in a space that is supposed to be built on analysis and expertise, such as the crypto world?
⚠️ Let me be clear: I know that sexual desire can be difficult to resist and that fighting temptation is not easy. But try, as much as you can, to control yourselves and not give in to every temptation that appeals to your desires. Repeatedly giving in can turn a desire into a habit, and a habit into an attachment that becomes difficult to escape. Do not let a moment of lust control your mind, and do not allow anyone to exploit your desires to profit from your attention.
As for the author of the post, I deliberately covered the account's name to avoid a direct confrontation or personally targeting anyone. I do not care who the person is, nor am I looking for a personal dispute. What matters to me is what I came across on Binance and the broader phenomenon I want to bring attention to. I am criticizing the behavior and the content, not targeting any particular individual.
📉 If the post is about trading, where is the analysis? Where is the actual idea? And what useful information is the reader supposed to take away?
Do not confuse popularity with credibility, or a high number of interactions with genuine content value.
💬 My question to you: Have sexual appeal and provocative content become an easier way to gain engagement and make money than sharing real knowledge? And shouldn't we strive for a higher standard of content in crypto communities?
