Have you noticed how one ETF outflow headline gets read like the whole market just broke?

Traders either dump into the print out of fear or sit frozen and miss the exit they already knew they needed, then spend the rest of the week buying back higher because FOMO showed up dressed as conviction.

ETF redemptions in bitcoin and ether are a real signal, but they are plumbing, not a verdict. Creations and redemptions clear on a slower clock than the candles everyone is staring at. With the Fear & Greed Index stuck at a flat 52, this does not look like capitulation or euphoria. It looks like institutions trimming into a noisy stretch while retail treats a flow update like a margin call.

I split $BTC and $ETH instead of panicking at crypto ETFs as one blob. If bitcoin products are shedding and ether is not, that is rotation. If both bleed across several sessions and the only thing getting bid is $USDT, that is when I cut size. The exit gets decided before the next print, not after the candle has already moved.

Where do you think this goes from here?
