BTC WHALES ARE CHANGING POSITION?
Reports are pointing to whales closing their Bitcoin shorts and this is something I’m watching closely.
The important part isn’t simply “shorts closed.”
If large players are reducing bearish exposure while BTC is holding its structure, it can remove some selling pressure from the derivatives market.
But I want confirmation from the on-chain side:
• Exchange BTC flows • Large-wallet movements • Whale accumulation/distribution • Open Interest • Funding rates • Liquidation clusters
Recent on-chain data has shown elevated whale activity, but whale movements don’t automatically mean accumulation.
So for me, the signal is simple:
Shorts closing = potentially less bearish pressure.
Whales actually moving BTC into accumulation = stronger confirmation.
I’m watching the flows before trusting the narrative.
