アメリカの機関は「無期限（永続）取引」をやりたくて仕方がないが、必ずしも“アメリカ版の取引所”が先にすべて承認を下ろすのを待つ必要はない。

シンガポール取引所SGXは、9/10の観点でCFTCのRegulation 48.10の認可を取得済み：
米国系機関は、それぞれが運用しているBTC / ETHの無期限の注文板に直結できる。
KC Lam（SGXの暗号デリバティブ責任者）はCoinDeskに対して、かなり率直にこう語っている：以前はできなかったが、今はできる。
Gate、PANewsも相互に突き合わせた。

実際、マーケットはすでにある程度動いている。
2025年11月末の開始以降、累計で約58億ドル、約40万枚（手）；
8月の平均では日次で約1300手、名目約1900万ドル；
BTCが依然として大きな比重（OI≈66%、日次出来高≈83%）。

ただし「今夜すぐに注文できる」と書かないでほしい。
認可は得られたが、米国側の清算メンバーが口座開設の準備中で、公式見解では今後1〜2か月；顧客側では一般的に2〜4週間。

仕組みも、従来の先物市場により近い：追加証拠金を求め、自動的な強制清算（オート爆弾決済）をしない。ステーブルコインは担保にしない。

今回の見直しではBinance（北京時間 01:11頃）：BTC≈77192 / ETH≈2452。

これは「国外のコンプライアンス付きの無期限取引が、米国系資金に窓を開いた」ように見える。単なるまた一つの“呼び込みニュース”ではない。
次に注目：本当に約定が増えているかどうか、そして満期日を持つ先物／オプションがいつ上場するのか。

Singapore Exchange (SGX) has received CFTC authorization to allow U.S. institutional investors to trade its Bitcoin and Ether perpetual futures. The contracts have already processed $5.8B in cumulative volume, or roughly 400,000 lots, since launching in November 2025.
