• These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the activity above (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Activity; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 

• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Activity; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

• Only users who complete identity verification, visit the landing page, and complete tasks during the Activity Period can qualify for rewards in the Activity. The products or features referred to above may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance services in each country from which the services are accessed.

• Activity Eligibility: Participation is strictly limited to users who passed KYC and visited the landing page. There may be additional restrictions on individual tasks or products depending on product availability according to local laws, which have to be observed by the participant. 

  • Referral/Affiliate Exclusion: Please note that new users who registered via any referral pro/Affiliate invitation link/invitation code are not eligible to participate in this activity. 

• Reward Distribution:

• Voucher Expiration: All token voucher rewards will expire within 14 days of distribution. Eligible users must claim their vouchers via the Rewards Hub prior to the expiration date. • Spot Fee Rebate: The Spot Trading Fee Rebate reward is issued as a voucher providing a 30% discount on standard Spot trading fees.

• BTC Token Valuation: Binance uses $63,351 as the BTC/USDT exchange rate for rewards value calculation and reward distribution as of 2026-07-28. This rate is subject to change.

• Please note that the actual value of the rewards received may fluctuate due to market conditions. The USD-equivalent value of the prizes in this activity is provided for reference only. Due to real-time exchange rate fluctuations, the actual value of the prizes shall be determined based on the market exchange rate at the time of distribution. The Binance Platform shall not be liable for any difference in value arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

• Only verified users who complete the required tasks and use their activity attempts before the end of the Activity Period will be eligible to receive rewards.

• Eligible users must use their activity attempts during the Activity Period by 2026-08-14 23:59 (UTC). Any unused activity attempts will become invalid after the activity ends.

• BTC token vouchers, and Spot trading fee rebate vouchers will be distributed to eligible users’ Rewards Hub after a standard 72 hours risk filter period.

• Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not negotiable nor transferable.

• To participate in the Activity, eligible users may visit the landing page and complete the tasks at any time during the Activity Period to get activity attempts. Other ways of completing a challenge shall be deemed invalid.

• Sub-account’s trading volume will not be combined with the master account’s standard trading volume in the final calculation. Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent account when participating in this Activity.

• Binance also reserves the right to update the list of eligible countries or regions for the Activity and each task at any time. Users who were previously eligible to participate may no longer qualify to join or receive rewards under the updated terms.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
